The email hosting usually comes in a package with a domain name, but we like to be flexible and allow many different setups for email hosting.Our custom built email manager integrates with the email systems and allow you to control various aspects of the email all in one place.
You can manage the email accounts
- E-mail Accounts - to manage/add/remove the email accounts on our systems.
- E-mail Aliases - allows use of sending to an existing account on our systems, email forwarding to an other email address, and even distribution lists, so you can send email to a list of people, this can be addresses on our systems or external.
- Smarthost - which allow you to send your email off to another server, this can be used if you only need to make use of the front-end anti-spam and anti-virus servers
- Whitelist and Blacklists - allow or block people from sending you email, but this can used for email addresses, domain names, or even email servers, you can whitelist a complete domain as a 'trusted' sender so they never get spam checked, or you can completely block a server IP or IP range you having issues with.
- Email Reports - daily reports to show what has been blocked by the server.
